Fantastic triangular pillow, very comfortable and keeps you slightly reclined, in my case, it is very good for reflux. I'm thinking of buying another one and putting it next to it, since they are not very wide and if you move a lot in bed, you might be able to get out of the pillow, otherwise perfect.
