1. Only Singapore Shipping

We currently ship only within Singapore. Free Shipping within Singapore.

2. Order to Delivery

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time & Methods
For Sleep Wellness TM pillows, delivery times is around 3-4 business days if stocks are available. For all other items, please check the delivery times provided on the website upon purchase, these delivery tend to vary from 7 - 15 business days. 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

3. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

4. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Public holidays
• Weather disruptions
• Other unforseen circumstances

We will notify you promptly if your order is affected.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.
